Responsibilities
- Assist with job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding activities and preparation of induction materials
- Coordinate training sessions and track attendance
- Help organise employee engagement events and HR activities
- Provide general administrative and documentation support
- Assist with HR‑related projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
