Job Title: HR Program Analyst
Location: Vienna, VA
Work Model: hybrid, 3 days onsite
Pay Rate: Open to Both W2 and established 1099 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract
We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of HR Program Analyst, HR Operations, HRIS, Talent Management, or People Analytics experience. In addition, candidates must have experience supporting enterprise-wide performance management or talent review cycles; strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI, dashboards, and HR reporting; and experience working with HR systems (such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
The HR Program Analyst is a mid-level HR operations and analytics role responsible for supporting the organization's annual performance management process, with a primary focus on the year-end (Q4) performance cycle.
