HR Preboarding Coordinator — Day 1 Readiness

Novartis in Mexico City is seeking a Recruitment Solutions Preboarding Coordinator to ensure every step of the hiring journey runs smoothly. You will coordinate preboarding activities, maintain compliance, and enable Day 1 readiness for new hires.

The role requires at least 2 years in an administrative or coordination capacity in HR or Talent Acquisition, strong organization, and fluent English and Spanish. Multinational exposure and experience with ATS/HRIS are desirable.
