Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to company employees, other HR groups and management as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR‑related transactions.
- Receive and respond to requests concerning HR policies and programs.
- Appropriately route requests from employees to others for additional information.
- Respond to practice inquiries via online resources and/or telephone.
- Process various paper and electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities.
- Input employee personal data into the Human Resources information/computer system database and/or document activities as requested.
- Perform administrative duties in the HR Service Center.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in Human Resources is required.
