Job Description
- Lead the delivery of HR and payroll operational services.
- Oversee day-to-day team operations and service performance.
- Monitor service standards, process compliance, and operational KPIs.
- Manage stakeholder communications and act as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
- Review and resolve escalated HR and payroll-related issues.
- Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and service continuity.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
