HR Partner

Description and Requirements

The HR Partner will support the Lenovo SSG Global Geo Service Delivery organization, and its leaders in developing and implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives. The selected candidate must have a track record of building partnerships, have a history of implementing successful HR programs across heavily matrixed organizations, with global HR experience preferred. Thoughtful leadership, organizational agility, prioritization, relationship building, and solid project management & execution are all keys to being successful in this position. The ideal candidate will have a heightened focus on customer centricity as they support their internal candidates in supporting Lenovo's end-users.
