**In your daily job you will**:
- Collective Bargaining Support: Assist in preparing for collective bargaining negotiations by collecting data, drafting proposals, and analyzing union demands.
Provide logístical and research support during negotiation sessions and aid in implementing and communicating the terms of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) to relevant stakeholders.
- Grievance and Dispute Resolution:Offer initial advice and assist HRBPs in the early stages of the grievance process, including documentation, investigation, and initial resolution efforts.
Aid in preparing for mediation and arbitration cases by compiling evidence.
- Compliance Oversight:Help develop and update labor relations policies and procedures.
Monitor adherence to CBAs and company policies, report any violations to the Labor Relations or HR Manager.
