Responsibilities/Duties

Process & Process Controls

• Implement C&B processes and follow the regional ones (communicate to managers and employees as appropriate)
• Design process controls

Variable Pay Plans

• Gather and set up a steering committee to review the Spot/Impact bonus and provide input to respective stakeholders
• Manage the local Bonus Plan Process (policy up-to-date, plan administration, advise employees and line managers)

Operations

• Management of administration on entry and exit processes
• Collect data for payroll process and provide backup support on ...
