1. Data Cleanup & Validation
- Conduct regular data corrections, normalization, and validation across People & Places datasets within SAP SuccessFactors and related systems
- Detect and resolve issues such as missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or outdated records in line with established procedures
- Update data fields, naming standards, metadata, and controlled lists to ensure consistency
- Maintain clear audit trails and documentation for all data changes
- Organize People & Places content in SharePoint using approved structures, metadata frameworks, and governance guidelines
- Apply tagging, labeling, archiving, and version control to ensure content is easily discoverable by search and AI tools
- Maintain policy documents, FAQs, and process libraries to ensure they remain up-to-date and AI-ready
