HR Operations Technician – Front Desk & Payroll

Colorado State University is seeking a Business Operations Technician – HR to serve as the front desk representative for the Microbiology, Immunology, and Pathology department. The role supports HR functions across the employee lifecycle and collaborates with the HR Coordinator, spending time at both Microbiology and Pathology buildings.

Responsibilities include onboarding, hiring, offboarding, payroll duties, and assisting with graduate student assignments and leave tracking.
