HR Operations Specialist – UAE Onboarding & Compliance

talabat, part of Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an HR Operations professional based in the UAE. You will support end-to-end onboarding, verify documents, and coordinate with IT, Payroll, and Procurement to ensure timely provisioning and system access.

You will also handle government-related formalities with MOHRE, ICP, and related portals, enroll new hires into medical insurance, and maintain accurate HR data across HRIS systems.
