HR Operations & Payroll Specialist

Serena Hotels Pakistan in Faisalabad is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to support daily HR operations, payroll coordination, attendance management, and staff engagement initiatives within a luxury hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate has an MBA in HR, 3–5 years of overall experience (1–2 years in HR), and strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills. Experience in hotel HR policies is preferred.
