• Salary: £60000 - £63000 per annum + car allowance

We are recruiting for a hands‑on HR Operations Manager to support a specialist business unit within a global organisation undergoing change. This is an operational role, acting as the key HR contact for a London‑based population, partnering closely with leadership while working within a wider international structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle
• Support organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver practical, commercially focused HR solutions

• Support performance management, appraisals, and talent development
