HR Operations Leader: Payroll, Onboarding & Digitization

We One is seeking a senior HR leader to own end-to-end HR operations in the UAE. The role oversees onboarding (including PRO and visa), payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations, while driving HR digitization and audits.

You will lead a team to align HR practices with DP World’s safety, sustainability, and customer-centric standards, partnering with stakeholders and ensuring compliant, efficient HR services.
