HR Operations Leader: Payroll, Controls & Compliance

Vita Coco in Singapore is looking for an HR Operations & Governance Manager who will own end-to-end HR operations, payroll, and governance. This hands-on role will ensure operational integrity, maintain compliance with SOX/ICFR, and provide key support to the HR Business Partner.

Key responsibilities include executing HR operations, processing payroll with zero errors, and implementing strong internal controls. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields.
