HR:
 Work directly with the founders to create and preserve company culture.

 Keep team motivated. Be the eyes and the ears of the founders

 Advise and assist managers and supervisors on interpretation and administration of human resource policy.

 Recruiting activities including employee orientation, documentations, background verification, etc.

 Administer and monitor the complete performance appraisal process and deliver the various reports related to it from time to time

 Responsible for processing monthly payroll for employees along with the accountant.

 Process new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leave of absence and existing employee changes related to payroll.



Operations & Accounts:

 Paying vendors/suppliers and ensuring payments are received

 Admin related work such as attending phone calls, follow ups, handling petty cash, etc.
