The Role

You’ll be the single owner of HR, people operations, and office management at Codeaza. This is not a reactive role — we need someone who builds systems, runs things independently, and doesn’t wait to be asked.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end recruiting — JDs, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews
• Onboarding new hires properly (setup, orientation, first 90 days check-ins)
• Monthly payroll coordination and reimbursement processing
