Outsourcedstaff is seeking an HR Administrator for a growing Australian client. The role supports onboarding, compliance, employee records management, and HR operations within structured HR frameworks.
You will handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, maintain HRIS data, assist with payroll onboarding, and generate reports. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in HR administration, excellent organisational and communication skills, and confidentiality.
