Serve as the primary execution engine of HR operations — managing recruitment, payroll data entry, social security matters, and contract documentation to established standards. Supports compliance tasks under the direction of the HR Manager (and consultant during system setup), who owns all legal decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Drive recruitment: source candidates, conduct initial screening, and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Prepare offer documents and employment contracts from approved templates (all negotiation and approval handled by HR Manager).
- Manage onboarding processes and maintain complete employee documentation.
