Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers
- Manage employee lifecycle processes , including:
- Onboarding and offer administration
- Employee data updates (e.g. role changes, personal details, work location)
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data in systems
- Handle and resolve HR service requests and cases efficiently
- Maintain and organise employee records and documentation
- Investigate and resolve basic HR issues, escalating when needed
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Assist in HR system updates and testing
- Support ad hoc tasks and HR projects when required
