This role is responsible for managing operational manpower,rider and driver welfare, KPI monitoring, payroll coordination, overtimemanagement, incentive allocation, performance tracking, and operational riskmanagement.

The ideal candidate must be capable of leading a team,handling fast-paced operational challenges, and working closely with bothOperations and HR departments to ensure workforce efficiency, compliance, andemployee satisfaction.
