Key Responsibilities:
• Process new hire paperwork and background checks
• Conduct general onboarding for new employees
• Administer payroll and benefit documents
• Address employee inquiries efficiently
• Provide guidance on exit interviews and off-boarding procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ HR experience
• Competent in employee relations and performance management
