Job Overview
- Working hours: 8am - 5pm Mon to Fri
- Salary: up to $3,500
- Working location: North
- Organize and maintain personnel records of employees
- Update internal databases like record sick or maternity leave
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, increment letter and etc
- Revise and manage company policies
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports on HR metrics like turnover rates
- Answer employees’ and employer’s queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll outsourcing department by providing relevant employee information, like leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules
- Apply Work Passes on MyMOM Portal
- Handling work passes, embassy matters, prepare contracts, and security bond or insurance for maid and helpers
