HR Officer - Payroll & Compliance Specialist

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Officer to support payroll, leave management, and HR policy implementation within Kawader and outsourced teams. You will maintain employee records, process salary changes, prepare accruals, and coordinate disciplinary actions, while ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and internal procedures.

The role requires strong time management, numerical and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
