Overview
OCBC Bank is seeking a HR Marketing Specialist to support the Group Human Resources function by planning, producing, and executing internal marketing and communication initiatives that promote HR programmes, events, and opportunities to employees.
Responsibilities- Interview employees across teams to surface authentic stories, career journeys, and culture moments.
- Write compelling long‑form blog posts, articles, and web content for the careers site and internal channels.
- Draft engaging social media copy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Produce short‑form written content, including internal announcements, newsletters, and team spotlights.
- Plan and execute basic photo shoots and video shoots in‑office and at company events, operate camera equipment, manage lighting and composition setups.
