Position Summary

The HR Manager/HRBP is responsible for leading our people operations. This isn't a sit behind the desk and delegate role; the HR Manager/HRBP will be the architect and the builder of HR function in the dedicated legal entity. As a true generalist, the HR Manager will oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from the first recruitment touchpoint to offboarding—ensuring that our operational foundation is rock-solid while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, co‑interviewing, and offer management. Ensuring that the salaries offered are aligned with Airbus salary structure and internal equity is maintained.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to find culture-add talent in a competitive market.
• Design and execute a ONE Airbus Malaysia onboarding experience that integrates new hires seamlessly.
