HR Manager Workforce & Operations

We are a growing operations and workforce solutions group supporting hotels, facilities, and multi-site businesses across Singapore.

As we scale, we are building a more structured and high-performing HR function — and we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead this transformation.

This is not a routine HR role. You will be responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to a high-volume, operations-driven environment.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading and structuring the internal HR function across multiple business units
• Strengthening HR operations, processes, and governance
