As HR Manager you will lead and manage the Human Resources function at Gates Toluca Plant, provide support, feedback and coaching to Plant and Human Resources Managers. In conjunction with Gates Corporate, you will standardize Human Resources policies and procedures across the country, oversee compliance with Gates values and the country's labor laws, and ensure training in accordance with the Federal Labor Law. You must ensure that communication and the work environment within the plant are adequate, act in a timely manner on any non‑compliance, and report relevant information to Plant Management.
