The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial/manufacturing recruitment and be capable of managing end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and locations.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across the organization.
• Handle hiring for technical and non-technical positions, including:

• R&D and Quality Control Professionals
• Sales and Marketing Personnel
• Accounts, Administration, and Support Functions
