About the opportunity

Partner strategically with senior leaders in the team, always aligned with People processes, to translate strategic objectives into project delivery. Guide your team to build strategic initiatives through the generation of relevant data and analysis. Own the strategic workforce planning activities. Coach, support, mentor and challenge business leaders in the application of HR policies and practices, providing advice and direction on sophisticated HR issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the client area's leadership to identify business needs aligned with organization plans and team growth (structure, costs) and cooperate with the People Acquisition team to ensure the correct recruitment process.
