Acting as a strategic partner to the Regional Director and management team, you will translate business priorities into high-impact HR initiatives that support growth, performance, and employee engagement.

Being a core member of the regional management team, you will integrate people-centric considerations into all strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making. You will oversee the full HR spectrum—including talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, and organizational development.
