Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company standards and labor regulations.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate employee training, orientation, and professional development programs.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave, and payroll-related records in coordination with the payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage
