The Manager – People & Talent is responsible for driving the organization’s HR agenda through a dual focus on people & culture and performance & talent development . This role plays a key part in shaping a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture across all business units while ensuring HR operations, employee relations, and wellbeing programs are executed to the highest standards.
