HR Manager: New Plant Manufacturing & Ramp-Up

CREW by HRNET in Johor Bahru seeks an HR Manager to lead HR operations for a new plant. You will balance strategic organizational development with hands-on execution to support a fast-growing manufacturing site.

You will partner with the Plant Manager on workforce planning, own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, payroll, and compliance with Malaysian labour laws, driving performance and culture across the site.
