In this HR leadership role, you’ll partner closely with leadership within our Procedural GI Manufacturing Operation—comprising 300+ Associates across 3 shifts. You’ll help drive the strategic direction of the business by aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, with a focus on talent development, employee relations, engagement, and core HR operations.
