• Manage full recruitment cycle & onboarding
• Handle employee relations, engagement & retention
• Oversee payroll, benefits & compensation
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Implement training programs & performance management
• Develop HR policies & workforce planning strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Psychology/Business
• 3-5 years HR experience (F&B/Retail preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Multi-site experience is a plus
