Responsibilities:
+ Partner with site leadership to support workforce growth initiatives and organizational effectiveness during a significant expansion phase.
+ Collaborate with operations and training teams to ensure successful onboarding, integration, and development of newly hired colleagues.
+ Coach and support managers on performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and corrective action plans.
+ Monitor workforce metrics including turnover, retention, engagement, and performance trends to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
