HR Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join an international company based in Nyon for a 5?month assignment, overseeing the full scope of HR activities for a site of approximately 60 employees. French and English fluency are a must.

Missions

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders and directors, providing guidance on people-related topics including performance, employee relations, organizational matters, and workforce planning
• Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of all HR operations, including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, contracts, changes, terminations)
• Supervise payroll activities in collaboration with external providers, ensuring full compliance with Swiss regulations (social security, pensions, taxation)
