You could be the seasoned HR professional that Tata Steel Corby is looking for. The successful applicant will be personable, a team builder and leads from the front. Experience with consultations, restructures, redeployment and change management is vital.
Corby works are undergoing significant investment but already produce 250,00 tonnes of welded steel tube each year with 350 FTE. If a standalone position is something you thrive in as well as creating an inclusive, safety focused environment, we want to hear from you!
Role: HR Manager
Location: TATA Steel, Weldon Rd, Corby NN17 5UA
The requirement to travel to other sites Nationwide as needed
Salary: Competitive, Inside IR35 (based upon experience)
Hours: Mon-Fri, standard office hours
