HR Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Drive talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding initiatives.
