A HR Lead with Payroll who Reports to the HR Leader Ireland is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our North Dublin based client. We are seeking an HR Lead with Payroll to provide day-to-day HR partnership and operational support for our Corporate functions based in North Dublin. Supporting a population of approximately 90 employees in a stand-alone HR role, this position plays an important part in ensuring consistent, high quality HR service delivery across the full employee lifecycle. A key responsibility of this role is the coordination and oversight of three-monthly payroll cycles, delivered by our outsourced payroll provider. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to accuracy and process excellence, alongside an ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
