Responsibilities:

1. University Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations.

Represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and networking sessions.

Partner with faculty and career services to promote employer brand and opportunities.

2. Early Career Programs & Internship

Manage hiring requirements for internship (with partner universities), trainee, and graduate programs aligned with business needs.

Oversee recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and interviewing

Collaborate with business leaders to define program objectives and learning experiences.

3. Talent Pipeline Development

Implement strategies to attract diverse talent across disciplines.

Develop innovative sourcing approaches including hackathons, case competitions, and campus ambassador programs.
