HR & IR Specialist: Training, Recruitment & Compliance

Dxn2u is seeking an experienced Human Resource professional in Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia. The successful candidate will advise stakeholders, investigate workplace complaints, and support recruitment and training processes. The role also involves compliance with industrial relations regulations.

Candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the Employment Act and experience in anti-bribery practices will be advantageous.
