Role Description
- Assist in checking, scoring, and interpreting psychological evaluations of all qualified applicants.
- Schedule applicants for initial screening, testing, confirming appointments, panel interview, and assist in maintaining applicant files.
- Assist in monitoring the status of all applicants.
- Assist in routing and monitoring incoming and outgoing documents for the division.
- Participating in recruitment activities, such as representing the company in job fairs.
- Assist in filing documents in employees' respective 201 folders.
- Prepare 201 folder of new employees.
- Assist in encoding employee data in the HRIS and/or EPE System.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Currently taking AB/BS Psychology, BS Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or other related programs.
