Job Responsibilities
Support the maintenance and accuracy of APAC HR master data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established HR processes.
Assist in monitoring and controlling HR data transactions to enhance data accuracy and processing timeliness.
Generate HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support business and management reporting requirements.
Perform data analysis, statistical reporting, and HRIS queries to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Facilitate the onboarding process for new interns, including welcome communications, employee ID creation, and system access coordination.
Support intern offboarding activities, ensuring timely completion of exit procedures and documentation.
Provide administrative and operational support for HR projects, employee requests, and personnel records management.
