Were seeking an HR Generalist Intern to support our end-to-end people operations. In this role, youll get a 360-degree view of HRfrom the excitement of the first interview to the intricacies of payroll and compliance. Youll be a vital part of our culture engine, helping us craft an environment where everyone can do their best work. Think of it as a masterclass in modern HR. What you will do: 1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (Hiring) Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Partner with department heads to define roles and build ideal candidate profiles. Design a world-class onboarding experience that makes new hires feel like part of the family from day one. 2.
