HR Intern

Looking for an HR Intern on immediate basis at Pakistan Single Window (PSW) Islamabad office. Details are as follows;

Position: HR Intern

Job Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Mon - fri)

Location: G-5/2, Islamabad

Duration: 3 Months - Extendable (not leading to job)

Stipend: 40,000/- per month

Job Description

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills


• Screen resumes and schedule interviews, assist in preparing new hire documentation and contracts, maintain and update employee files in both digital and physical formats, participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, audit of employee files.


• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data entry.


• Assist with creating and managing HR reports and spreadsheets.


• Support the team in handling employee queries.


• Any other task assigned by the Manager.
