HR Graduate - Talent Acquisition (APAC)

Support the execution of Talent Acquisition (TA) processes across the APAC region, including vacancy approvals, selection and onboarding. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of internal ATS and CRM systems, management of external social media platforms, and execution of employer branding campaigns. Coordinate reporting and assist in the development of a regional recruitment dashboard to monitor performance and enhance recruitment strategies.

• Support the consistent implementation of Talent Acquisition initiatives, programs, and tools across APAC, including assessment and selection frameworks, integration with related processes, and budget alignment.
