HR Graduate - 2 Year Programme

Nexperia UK is seeking a proactive and motivated HR Graduate to join our UK Semiconductor Manufacturing site based in Hazel Grove Stockport. Over a two‑year period, this role is designed for you to gain full exposure to HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and cross‑functional projects, whilst becoming a vital part of a close‑knit, collaborative team.

As a HR Graduate at Nexperia you will gain experience in:

Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Support the organisation of employee inductions and orientation programmes
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities on site
