HR Generalist

Description We are looking for an HR Generalist to support a manufacturing organization in Troy, Michigan. This part-time opportunity is a contract position with the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing employee support, recruiting coordination, and day-to-day HR administration. The person in this role will help create a positive employee experience by managing key HR processes, answering workplace questions, and assisting with payroll-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding setup, orientation support, and separation processing.
• Partner with managers to assist with recruiting activities such as posting openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
